Precautions For Washing And Caring For Cotton And Linen Clothes

Here are some washing and maintenance methods for this type of clothing:

1. Clothing mainly composed of cotton and linen should be washed separately by hand. If washing by machine, use gentle washing method to wash separately. The washing time should not exceed 30 minutes.

2. Cotton and linen clothes should not be soaked, and should be washed in cold water; wash immediately after water, and it is best to add a spoonful of salt to the cold water for the first wash.

3. Use neutral laundry detergent or special laundry detergent, such as silk and linen detergent. Chlorine and enzyme detergents are prohibited.

4. After washing, do not expose to sunlight. Knitted products should be laid flat to dry.

5. In order to achieve a more perfect wearing effect, iron before wearing. Cotton and linen fabrics are generally ironed at a medium temperature of 160℃-180℃.

If you are not wearing, you can fold or hang the clothes that have been washed and dried neatly and place them in a cool and ventilated place.

Note:

Cotton and linen clothing can be washed with various detergents. Before washing, you can soak it in water for a few minutes, but not too long to avoid color damage.

Avoid using a hard brush or rubbing clothes to prevent the fabric from getting fuzzy; do not wring them hard after washing.

Cotton and linen clothes should be stacked flat after washing, drying, and ironing; when storing, avoid humidity, stuffiness, and lack of ventilation. Uncleanliness in the wardrobe can easily cause mildew.
